The Muse® MitoPotential Kit – 100 Tests (Part Number: MCH100110) allows for the simultaneous measurement of two important cell health parameters: change in mitochondrial potential, considered an early hallmark of apoptosis, and cellular plasma membrane permeabilization, or cell death. Minimal sample preparation is required in this no-wash, mix-and-read kit, making it easy to obtain accurate and precise results. The software provides:

 

  • Concentrations (cells/mL) for live, depolarized, depolarized/dead, and dead cells
  • Percentage of live, depolarized, depolarized/dead, and dead cells

 

The Muse MitoPotential Kit is optimized for use with the Guava® Muse® Cell Analyzer, which makes sophisticated, fluorescent-based analysis fast, easy, convenient, and affordable. Sample preparation is minimal, and after loading samples onto the Muse System, intuitive software provides detailed or summary analysis of your cell sample in a few short steps.
