The Luminex Learning Sessions are comprehensive suites of educational courses that are ideally suited for Field Service Engineers and will provide them with an understanding of their instruments technology, software, hardware as well as recommended maintenance and tips for troubleshooting. Course Online Pre-Requisites
  1. xPONENT® Online Training – This 15 minute course provides instruction and information about xPONENT functions. It provides details about the use of xPONENT software, different versions of xPONENT software, and the various functions that can be performed on xMAP® instruments from xPONENT software.
  2. Laser Safety Online Training – This 15 minute course shows the user information on Laser Safety in a self-paced and interactive online setting where the end-user receives important information through audio and visual aids. It also contains instruction on Laser Safety, laser classifications and control measures and causes of laser accidents.
  3. Electrostatic Discharge Online Training – This 15 minute course shows the user information on Electrostatic Discharge Safety in a self-paced and interactive online setting where the end-user receives important information through audio and visual aids. It also contains instruction on Electrostatic Discharge, how to control it and how to prevent it.
  4. xMAP Technology Overview Online Training – Trainees assigned to this course will view the online training module and complete the course evaluation. Upon successful completion of this course trainees are able to:
