If you’re as crazy about Thanksgiving as we are, you’re already dreaming about stuffing, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie — and of course turkey. As we head off to our celebrations, we at Luminex wanted to wish everyone a safe holiday. While for you that might mean successfully dodging a conversation about Uncle Fred’s latest conspiracy theory, for us it means cooking the turkey properly to avoid having Salmonella poisoning sweep through your family and friends.
