Gearing Up for AACC 2017

We hope to see you there!

Don’t be fooled by its name: the annual meeting of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry is a major event for the molecular diagnostics field, and we are eager to be a part of this meeting in 2017. The 69th AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo will bring together nearly 20,000 clinical lab and technology experts from July 30th to August 3rd for a look at the latest developments in the field, plus a peek at what to expect next.

AACC Clinical Lab Expo

This year’s agenda includes presentations on cutting-edge topics such as CRISPR, the use of artificial intelligence to interpret genomic data, the human microbiome, and much more. We’re particularly looking forward to a talk from Washington University’s Victoria Fraser, who will report on the growing public health crisis of antibiotic resistance. She’ll speak about advances in diagnostics as well as the rise of antimicrobial stewardship programs, two areas that we consider near and dear.

Visit Us at Booth 1838

At AACC, the clinical lab expo is just as big and bustling as the clinical program. If you are attending, please stop by booth #1838 to meet the Luminex team. We’d love to learn about your lab’s needs and to help you determine whether our platforms or assays could help you overcome some of your laboratory challenges.

We will be showing products and solutions from our clinical diagnostics portfolio, featuring the most clinically relevant, high volume targets in both customizable panels and targeted assays. Come by to learn about our products for bloodstream infections, respiratory disease, gastrointestinal disease, women’s health, and genetics. Whether you’re looking for FDA cleared assays or building your own tests, we can help.

If you are interested in research applications, we will also be featuring our xMAP® Technology. Come learn why researchers love xMAP! With more than 20,000 publications featuring xMAP Technology, it is the market-leading multiplexing platform.

Enjoy the show!
