The Silver Maintenance and Support Package is designed for institutions that want cost savings on parts. All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the Luminex standard Maintenance and Support Agreement.

  • Unlimited visits for emergency repair
  • Costs associated with emergency repair (includes travel and labor only). Parts are extra
  • One preventative maintenance visit per year
  • Onsite 48 hour response time, once a purchase order has been submitted for estimated parts
  • Priority scheduling for requests for service
  • Product Updates and Modifications
