| Luminex 100/200: Due to the sensitivity of the unit, please return unit in original box and crate. If the unit is not returned in original crate and box, an additional charge for the crate and/or box will automatically be added to the bill. Note: Please decontaminate the unit per the instructions in the users’ manual, and include a copy of the completed documentation with the instrument. If the completed documentation is not included with the instrument, it will be considered “Contaminated” and an additional fee will automatically be added to the bill. “Decontamination”, done either by the customer or the LCRF, is required prior to the unit being evaluated. |
