MicroPlex Microspheres
MicroPlex Microspheres (formerly named Multi-Analyte COOH Microspheres) are general use components for further manufacture of xMAP bioassays. They are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and contain surface Carboxyl groups for covalent attachment of ligands (or biomolecules). They are at a concentration of 1.25x10E7 beads/ml.
