MagPlex C Microspheres
Superparamagnetic microspheres are general use components for further manufacture of xMAP® bioassays. They are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and contain surface Carboxyl groups for covalent attachment of ligands (or biomolecules). They are at a concentration of 1.25x10E7 beads/ml.

not available for the Luminex 100/200 Instrument.

Available Luminex 100/200 MagPlex regions can
be purchased in a 1ml or 4ml vial size.

Attention FLEXMAP 3D Users:
MagPlex regions 1-150 are currently available for
the FLEXMAP 3D Instrument.

MagPlex regions 151-500 will be available
in 2010, please talk to your Luminex Representative
for more details.

	xMAP® Technology-based reagents are designed for flexible and sensitive detection and quantification of bead-bound assay components. Luminex® creates addressable microsphere sets so you can assay up to 100 distinct analytes in a single tube or well on the Luminex® 100/200™ system or 500 on the FLEXMAP 3D® system, calibrated to assure consistent performance, and optimized for individual reactions.
