Calibration and Performance Verification Kits
For use with the xPONENT 4.0 FLEXMAP 3D System

FLEXMAP 3D® Calibration Kit
The convienent calibration kit contains xMAP calibrators for MagPlex and MicroPlex classification channels and also includes the calibrator for the reporter channel. Lot specific CD is included for importing target values. The kit is intended to be used with the off plate reagent area. Stripwells are included with each kit. Each kit will provide 25 verifications.

FLEXMAP 3D® Performance Verification Kit
The convenient verification kit contains xMAP verification reagents used to verify calibration
of the MagPlex and MicroPlex classification channels and reporter channel. New Fluidic Controls
included for early detection. Lot specific CD is included for importing target values. The kit is intended to be used with the off plate reagent area. Stripwells are included with each kit. Each kit will provide 25 verifications.

Microspheres/Reagents

xMAP® Technology-based reagents are designed for flexible and sensitive detection and quantification of bead-bound assay components. Luminex® creates addressable microsphere sets so you can assay up to 100 distinct analytes in a single tube or well on the Luminex® 100/200™ system or 500 on the FLEXMAP 3D® system, calibrated to assure consistent performance, and optimized for individual reactions.
