-All orders and quote requests should be submitted to orders@luminexcorp.com
-FlexmiR microRNA orders and quote requests should be submitted to FlexmiR_Orders@luminexcorp.com
For faster service, please include the following information with the order:
1. Company Name
2. Name, Phone Number, and Email Address of Purchasing Agent
3. Name and Phone Number of the End User
4. Valid Purchase Order Number
5. Complete Billing and Shipping Addresses
6. Product Number, Description, Pricing and Quantity
7. Net 30 Payment Terms
8. FOB Shipping Point
For accuracy and confirmation purposes, we do not accept orders over the phone.
Prior to placing an order, please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale policy, our Quality Assurance policy , and the Reagent Shipping policy.
Our standard payment terms are NET 30 and our freight terms are FOB Shipping Point. All payments must me made in US Dollars only. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Luminex at the prices in effect at the time of shipment and are based on Luminex Corporation’s sales terms and conditions.
