Luminex 100/200 System

The Luminex® 100/200™ is designed to meet the multiplex testing needs of clinical and research laboratory professionals.

xMAP Technology – Built on proven, existing technology; flow cytometry, microspheres, lasers, digital signal processing and traditional chemistry.

Multiplexing - Up to 100 analytes per well.

Versatility - Same platform can be used for a variety of applications including, but not limited to, immunoassays, genotyping, gene expression, or enzyme assays.

Small Sample Size - Less than 50 µL of sample for up to 100 results.

Reliability - Robust optics and fluidics ensure excellent up-time.

Template-based Software - Designed for use with kits; simple assay set up, reading, and analysis.

Reproducibility - Suspended microspheres give consistent results and allow for easy quality control.

Accuracy - Quantitative results over a 3 to 4 log dynamic range, with strong concordance to ELISA and Mass Spectrometry.

Proven for Diagnostic Use - There are more than 50 xMAP-based 510(k) cleared kits available on the Luminex 100/200.
