R&D Systems offers an xMAP® Technology based system, marketed as Fluorokine® Multianalyte Profiling (Fluorokine MAP). Fluorokine MAP assays are configured as a base kit and a panel of analyte kits, designed for use with the Luminex® 100™ and 200™ systems. Each analyte pack contains antibody-coated microparticles and biotinylated detection antibodies. The base kit contains all other necessary reagents to perform the assay, allowing for maximum flexibility in creating panel composition from among the multiplex validated analytes.
