- Standard Microsphere Orders include Multi-Analyte Microspheres (1, 4 and 16 ml volumes), Calibration Microspheres and Control Microspheres. These items will generally ship within 3 business days after entry of the order. We guarantee at least a 6 month shelf life from the shipment date.
- Sheath Fluid will generally ship within 3 business days via ground. We guarantee at least a 6 month shelf life from the shipment date.
- LumAvidin products will generally ship within 3 weeks. If the item is in inventory, the order will ship within 3 business days. We guarantee at least a 3 month shelf life from the shipment date.
- FlexMAP orders with US destinations will ship twice each week, on Tuesday and Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders with international destinations will ship once each week, on Tuesday. We guarantee at least a 6-month shelf life from the shipment date if kept frozen, and at least a 3-month shelf life is stored at 2-8° C. Shipment schedules for orders with aggressive desired dates and/or sufficient quantity to deplete inventory will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
- Orders containing microspheres with U.S. destinations ship on Monday through Thursday. Orders with International destinations ship Monday through Wednesday.
