xMAP technology offers clear advantages over Western blots when studying cell signaling pathways. Using phospho-specific antibodies, xMAP enables multiplexing of up to 100 different antibodies within the same sample well, saving precious sample and labor as compared to single-plex Western blots. The output data are numerical, quantitative and reproducible.
