The comprehensive Luminex certification program is offered to service organizations in strategic geographical regions of the world where Luminex has selected to partner with outside companies to extend its service capabilities.
Certified Service Provider Program
The primary goal of the Luminex Certified Service Provider Program is to establish a quality benchmark for Field Service Companies utilizing the xMAP® and xTAG® technology platforms. This program is a partnership between Luminex and companies to offer Field Service to end-users on the behalf of Luminex Corporation in strategic geographical locations.
Luminex Certified Services include the following:
- Luminex conducted training at designated customer site for the following courses annually:
- Foundations of Field Service (5 day course)
- Advanced Field Service (3 day course)
- TSB hardware modifications, as made commercially available by Luminex
- Updates to manuals (Field Service Software, reference and training), as made commercially available by Luminex
- Updates to Field Service Software, as made commercially available by Luminex
- Unlimited access to Field Service website
- The greater of 15% or existing partner discount on Field Service Parts
- 5% discount on all other Luminex Standard Training Courses
- Annual on-site audit of customer’s performance by Luminex. Customer’s performance measurement may include, without limitation, some or all of the elements defined in the Annual Certification Requirements section in the LCSP Agreement.
