LumAvidin^® Microspheres

LumAvidin Microspheres are general use components for further manufacture of xMAP® bioassays. They are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and contain a surface layer of Avidin for near covalent binding of biotin and biotinylated ligands, optimal for small molecule assays such as peptides. They are at a concentration of 2.5 x 10⁶ microspheres/mL.
