Expression Analysis is pleased to offer Luminex assays in our GLP-compliant, CLIA-registered laboratory. Our company was established in 2001 as the commercialization of the Genomics Facility at Duke University. As the leading provider of microarray services in clinical trials, Expression Analysis performs genomic services and diagnostic assays using a variety of multiplex platforms.

Expression Analysis provides RNA profiling and DNA genotyping services for both whole genome and targeted gene studies. Many of our clients initiate their research with microarrays and then transfer to more quantitative platforms, such as Luminex, for a focused set of genes. Our company designs multiplex assays using xMAP® Technology and validates them for use in clinical trials and molecular diagnostics. Expression Analysis also offers solutions for challenging specimens, such as blood and FFPE tissues, as well as nucleic acid isolation and data analysis services.
