FlexMAP™ Microspheres
These microspheres are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and are pre-coupled with FlexMAP oligonucleotide sequences (anti-tags) that are optimized to be an isothermal set and to have minimum cross-reactivity. They are at a concentration of 2.5 x 10E5 beads/mL. The second component of the FlexMAP product is your custom oligonucleotide set you wish to multiplex, which must first be tagged with 24-base FlexMAP tags in order to be captured to the FlexMAP microspheres. Assignment of FlexMAP tags to custom oligos is made easy with the Tag IT™ Oligo Design Software.
