Development Microspheres

 

xMAP® COOH Development Microspheres
Microspheres are general use components for further manufacture of xMAP bioassays. They are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and contain surface Carboxyl groups for covalent attachment of ligands (or biomolecules). They are at a concentration of 1.25x10E7 beads/ml. Development microspheres are not dyed to classify into one of the 100 Multi-Analyte regions and therefore, cannot be multiplexed. They are ideal for assay development and are available for the Luminex® 100™ system only.

xMAP LumAvidin™ Development Microspheres
Microspheres are general use components for further manufacture of xMAP bioassays. They are internally labeled with fluorescent dyes and contain surface layer of Avidin for near covalent binding of biotin and biotinylated ligands. They are at a concentration of 2.5 x 10E6 beads/ml. Development microspheres are not dyed to classify into one of the 100 Multi-Analyte regions and therefore, cannot be multiplexed. They are ideal for assay development available for the Luminex 100 system only.
